My work at Millwork Commons is comprised of building a community culture and a sense of space and place (belonging) that puts Millwork Commons on the map as THE place to go for entrepreneurship, tech, art, and creative collisions. A place to go to solve problems, get inspired, and make connections that go beyond the workday.

This is the fun stuff, but also deeply challenging — to create a community from scratch. How do we do it? Through strategic partnerships with community members, a holistic story across all mediums, a willingness to try new things, an understanding of our community’s needs, and experiences across ALL touchpoints that are delightful, intuitive, and seamless.
